Q. Do you have any work available?

A. Keep checking back with Roosted, your city's Labor Coordinator will post a new gig when it is available.


Q. I got a new phone number/ email, how do I change it on Roosted?

A. Log into Schedulehead and change your information on your profile, you can contact your labor coordinator if you have issues.


Q. Who do I call if I can't make a gig or if I'm going to be late?

A. Please contact BOTH your labor coordinator and the steward of the shift.


Q. How can I get back into Roosted?

A. If you have not worked for Upstage Center in 30 days or more you will need to resubmit an application and must be approved for rehire.


Q. I forgot my password to Roosted, how do I change it?

A. If password is forgotten for the Roosted system, you can click “forgot your password?” If that does not work contact your local labor coordinator.
